The Rosembergs at Central Park Playa Vista

I’ve known Daniel and Jessica for a few years now, before little Olive came along and even before they were married. Daniel lived with my husband in Spain during college and both Jessica and I went to UCSC, but didn’t know each other until I moved back to LA and Daniel and Peter reunited. They have been great friends since we moved to LA and it’s been a delight to see their love evolve and their little Olive grow up. You can see photos of Olive’s 1st birthday party on my old blog here . These two are always reaching out to lend a hand and also invite us to the best parties! Daniel owns Copyland (giving a shout out!) who printed all our wedding invitations. Their chihuahua Tortilla is the mascot and they can seriously print anything, contact them for any of your printing desires! Jessica is a high school counselor at SaMoHi and toured me around when I was toying with the idea of becoming one myself. Over the years I have had the pleasure of getting to know their extended family and was therefore elated when I got the opportunity to photograph the whole family when Grandma Rosemberg from Brazil was in town. We headed to an amazing new park in Playa Vista where Centinela ends at Jefferson. It’s a tucked away almost 8 acre park with awesome drought tolerant plants, a concert ampitheater, basketball courts, duck ponds, etc. I highly recommend it, you can check out Yelp’s review here. Check out just a few of the shots we got of this wonderful family. Even though the only time available to get everyone together was high noon at a park with no shade, we made it work.

I was able to snap a few of Olive, Daniel and Jessica before the rest of the family showed up (they’re on brazilian time):
